J&K/Doda (The Stellar News), Anil Bhardwaj: Construction of road to Village Rewara by Rural Development Department was stopped and was held up since last year due to some local issues. The road is vital to the village as it connects to Panchayat Ghar, High School, Health Dispensary, and shall benefit more than 400 souls.
On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma and under the supervision of Tehsildar Doda Sh Shabir Ahmed Malik, a team of Revenue department headed by Naib Tehsildar Pranoo, Sh. Mohd Aasim cleared all the bottlenecks, persuaded the outraged people, and started the work of construction of the said road to Village Rewara. The administration has made it clear that the developmental works shall not be hampered at any cost, and the defaulters shall be taken to task strictly as per the law. People of the village Rewara appreciate the timely intervention and efforts of the administration in restarting the execution of the road, which shall definitely bring progressive change in their lives.
