Digvijay Singh is walking along with the Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Bharat Jodo Yatra which reached in Jammu and Kashmir where in a rally, congress leader one again questions the surgical strike by the Indian Army.
Digvijay singh while addressing said, “They (Centre) talk about surgical strikes and that they have killed so many of them but there is no proof”.
