Hoshiarpur (The Stellar News): As per orders of Sartaj Singh Chahal IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, Total 842 police officials posted in 15 Police Stations, 12 Police Posts, Traffic and PCR are transferred from their previous postings to new postings with immediate effect to keep the transparency in the working of police and ensure desired level of performance for orderly, efficient and effective law enforcement.

The main reason for these transfers is that the police officials were posted at the same places/postings from long period. The police officials were also directed to report at their new place of postings with immediate effect.
