Jharkhand (The Stellar News): On Tuesday night Sub-Inspector of Jharkhand Police was ran over during while checking in Ranchi. The deceased sub-inspector Sandhya Topno was posted as in charge of Tupudana OP. Ranchi Sen. Superintendant of Police (SSP) Kaushal Kishore said, “She received information that a vehicle is transporting the cattle. When she tried to stop, the driver ran her over. She was declared dead in the hospital. The accused has been arrested and the vehicle has been seized”.
The Hemant Soren government was targeted by BJP MP Sanjay Seth on this incident saying the law and order in the state has been collapsed. He said, “The law and order has been collapsed in Jharkhand. It is a matter of investigation why Sandhya Topno was deployed on a night duty. I will raise this topic in Parliament today. Sandhya Topno must get justice”.
