Hoshiarpur (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Nearer areas of Hoshiarpur Mini secretariat have witnessed severe water logging problem in last two days as heavy rainfall hits Hoshairpur district. Pedestrians and nearer residents are facing problem while walking as they are helpless to walk on main road.
As the pedestrian walking area is filled with water and grass increasing chancing of insect biting they are walking on the road where high speed vehicles move.
Interestingly highly qualified and educated officials made these roads without concerning the level of road and land. This results into the water logging in road sides as there is no arrangement of water drainage.
Many areas of Punjab have witnessed heavy rain in last two days and exposed government authorities management for avoiding water logging in different areas of state.
People demanded from authorities to solve this problem at priority and urgent basis.
