New Delhi (The Stellar News): The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has lauded the noteworthy gesture of 13-year-old Meenakshi Kshatriya from Madhya Pradesh for enrolling herself as Ni-Kshay Mitra and taking care of TB patients with her savings.
