Katra (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: A bus travelling from Amritsar to Katra taking pilgrims to the Vaishno Devi Temple fell in the george after skidding off the road and ramming into the bridge railing.

The accident led to the death of atleast 10 pilgrims and about 57 got injured. The death toll might increase as some are seriously injured and are under treatment.
Officials said the bus, which was on its way to Katra from Amritsar, met with the accident in Jhajjar Kotli area. Katra is a base camp for the pilgrims visiting the famous shrine atop the Trikuta hills.
