J&K/POONCH(The Stellar News), Report- Anil Bhardwaj: On 24/7/2023, one person namely Mohd Sadeeq S/O Ghulam Hussain R/O Salonia Tehsil Mandi District Poonch lodged a written complaint wherein alleging kidnapping of his minor girl by some unknown persons .On this a case FIR No.76/2023 U/S 363 IPC was registered at PS Mandi. Soon After this DySP Hqrs Poonch Afrat Hussain under the supervision of ASP Poonch Mushim Ahmed and overall supervision of SSP Poonch Sh.Vinay Sharma JKPS Constituted a team led by SHO PS Mandi Inspector Mukhtiar Ali.
The team swung into action and with the help of human and technical intelligence, the said kidnapped girl was recovered from Rajouri along with accused person namely Layaqat Hussain S/O Mohd Rafiq R/O Jandrola, Mandi. After conducting the medical examination of the girl and proper counselling, the said girl has been handed over to her guardians. Investigation of the case is under way.The family & locals paid gratitude to Police team Poonch for this Swift action.
