Amritsar (The Stellar News): On 26th Sept’ 2023 at about 0730 PM, alert Border Security Force troops deployed at border, heard dropping sound of something near Border Fence in the area near Village – Daoke, Distt – Amritsar.

2. During subsequent search of the area, BSF troops recovered 03 packets
of narcotics, wrapped with yellow adhesive tape, suspected to be heroin
(Gross weight – appx 1.540 Kg) along the border fence. A purple colour
polyester bag was also found ahead of the border fence.
3. Another nefarious attempt of Pakistani smugglers to smuggle narcotics,
was foiled by vigilant BSF troops.
