Problem of garbage placement is very vast in our country. Garbage wastage is the matter of concern if it is not properly placed. If the garbage is placed near the residential areas then citizens of that place are suffered by various types of diseases, which are very harmful for them.
The same problem is noticed in the Krishna Nagar, Hoshiarpur. Large amount of dumps of garbage are placed near the old Civil Surgeon office building which is erected in very worst condition and probably it will be collapsed at any time.
This dumps of garbage near that building may cause many epidemic diseases which are very dangerous for the inhabitants of that area. Even, cows are searching their food from the garbage which is very infectious for them. Nobody is passing through this road due to awful smell. The ladies who were passing through the Krishna Nagar’s adjoining street no. 15 become the victim of the chain snatching incidents which were occurred in last days. The building is now used for some illegal activities and the building become a shelter for many culprits as it is totally vacant without any lightning arrangements. This has become a hiding place for the many offenders.
After concerning this issue, Steller news directly communicate to the Municipal Councillor of the area. Mr. Brahm Shankar Jimpa. He told to our channel that, he already reported this issue to the Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur and he gave the assurance to solve this issue by conducting MC house meeting of the corporation. When the corporation told that the building belongs to the C.M.O a civil Surgeon, then honorable Deputy Commissioner called the Civil Surgeon and Civil Surgeon guaranteed to remove the garbage, demolish the building soon and proper cleanness will be maintained. Also, Municipal Councillor Mr. Brahm Shankar Jimpa told that corporation is planning to make this place a permanent dump of garbage, but he assured that he is standing with the Krishna Nagar society and surely control the corporation to fulfil their plan.
