A Deputy General Manager with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) found dead on road side in Noida Sector 105. This incident took place when he was returning home from Metro Station.
According to the police, he was shot dead by some unknown persons. Police were treating this incident as a murder for robbery because victim’s wrist watch, wallet and cell phone were missing.
The deceased is identified as Amit Pandey (41), worked at BHEL office in Lodhi Road, Delhi. He was native of Banaras. He was missing since 8 pm on Wednesday. The missing complaint was logged on Thursday morning. According to Pandey’s colleagues, they started searching him on Thursday morning, they found his dead body near a drain in Sector 105, Noida.
The case had been registered against unknown persons and the investigation is on.
