Punjab Govt has passed a resolution in cabinet on 19.03.2018 that PCMS doctors will be given full pay during the probation period.
IMA Punjab has expressed it’s happiness and thanked Honourable Cabinet Minister “Health and family Welfare” Punjab, Sh. Brahm Mohinder for his personal efforts to get this bill passed in cabinet.
Former President IMA Punjab, Dr. Rajinder Sharma also thanks Honourable Chief Minister Punjab Capt. Amrinder Singh for keeping is electoral promise he made to PCMS doctors of Punjab.
He also expressed his views that this step will help in curbing the shortage of the PCMS doctors in the state. Raised pay will motivate the doctors to work with more zeal and energy. This step will strengthen the management of health infrastructure and help in providing better health care to the people of punjab.
