Chandigarh: Raj Malhotra’s IAS Study Group, a city based coaching academy, took another lead with its 32 students, out of the 37, getting interview call by the Punjab government for the appointment of PCS officers on Thursday. Manu Malhotra, of the croup, said that the success rate remained over 86 percent.
