Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: From about a week, Covid-19 cases are decreasing in India and large number of population is recovering from corona virus. Amid the reduced corona cases, Government authorities was also feeling less stress and pressure from health infrastructure was also reduced.
But when few days ago, new cases of Black fungus was witnessed in the country a new problem has been stranded in front of the Government Authorities. As this disease was found more lethal than Covid-19. Black fungus was first found in Kerala and then the whole country recorded new cases of Black Fungus.
At this time India have about 7000 black fungus cases and 200 people lost their lives. Black fungus has already declared epidemic by 20 states of the Country. Black fungus became another concern for State as well as Centre Governments and asked Governments to become more alert.
As scientists and Doctors don’t have enough information about black fungus treatment and detection, so they are facing multiple challenges. Heath authorities of India had also issued various guidelines and precautions for the prevention of Black fungus.
Authorities said that, if you want to get rid of Black fungus than first prevent your body from covid-19. People having Covid-19 infection or recently recovered from infection are more prone to black fungus. They also said that, people having issues of diabetes, cancer, illness or admitted in ICU are at high risk.
