J&K/Rajouri (The Stellar News): The Jammu and Kashmir Police here in Thanamandi arrested a person and recovered a consignment of Heroin like substance from his possession. The individual has been arrested at Dehra Ki Gali and he has been identified as Munshi Khan son of Khan Mohammad resident of Dhanore Dindian near Rajouri town.

Police said that during routine checking at DKG naka, a police team apprehended a person who was attempting to evade the police party suspiciously. On his search, around 5 gm of Heroin like substance was recovered from his possession. In relation to this, FIR no. 205/2021 under sections 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at PS Thanamandi and further investigation is going on.
