Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: The 23 year old Aryan khan, son of famous Bollywood actor Sharukh Khan was arrested under the drugs case by the narcotics control bureau (NCB), has filed a bail plea but rejected by Mumbai Magistrate court. Aryan khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamechat were arrested from a cruise ship with drugs.

Mumbai magistrate’s court said Friday that Mr Khan’s bail plea was “not maintainable”, agreeing with the Narcotics Control Bureau that since drugs were seized a Sessions Court must to hear the matter. Court also said that, releasing Aryan khan and other would harm the case. As these all are influential personalities and they could temper the witnesses and evidences, so court rejected the bail plea.
