Delhi ( The Stellar News ): Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Kumar Gadkari said in his tweet that our country is seeing the new developed infrastructure under the leadership of PM Modi. He also stated that ‘New India Demands World Class Infrastructure’ which is an indication towards the construction of the new 6-Lane tunnel on Pune-Satara highway (NH-4) at Khambatki Ghat. The completion of the said project is expected by March 2023.
The estimated capital for this 6.4km long project is about 926 crore. He also stated that the ‘S’ curve in the direction of the NH-4 will also be completed soon which will decrease the risk of the accidents. This project is going to benefit the travellers by reducing the travelling time to 5-10 minutes only at Satara-Pune through Khambatki Ghat.
