BSF Rajouri organises an ‘Bharat Darshan’ tour for 35 Students of Poonch and Rajouri

J&K/Rajouri (The Stellar News)Anil Bhardwaj: The Border Security Force (BSF) Rajouri on Sunday started nine days ‘Bharat Darshan’ tour of students hailing from remote border areas of the Poonch and Rajouri region. DIG, BSF Rajouri Sh. D S Sindhu in presence of other officers flagged off the batch of ‘Bharat Darshan Tour’. The 09 days tour, commencing on Oct 16, 2022, which includes 35 Students (20 Boys and 15 Girls), will ends on Oct 24, 2022.The tour starts from Rajouri (J&K), travels through Jammu, Jaipur and ends at Jodhpur (Rajasthan).
The aim of organizing the tour is to give exposure to the students hailing from the border areas about the rich heritage, culture and grandeur of our nation and help them to understand the unity in diversity of India. Sh D S Sindhu interacted with children and said that it is a “great opportunity for these students, not only to enhance their knowledge but also to know about different cultures and traditions of our country. He further added that besides guarding the LoC, BSF Rajouri is also playing an active role in national integration by way of conducting such types of tours for the students of remote areas. These tours have garnered huge popularity among the masses of remote border areas of the Poonch and Rajouri region.
