Himachal (The Stellar News): An IPS officer, SR Rana, who was on duty during the Abhar rally of CM Sukhwinder Sukhu at Dharamsala on Tuesday suffered a cardiac arrest.
He was shifted immediately to Zonal Hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
