J&K/Doda (The Stellar News): Anil Bhardwaj :Continuing its war to tighten the noose of drug peddlers, another drug peddler namely Aslam Khan son of Gulam Nabi Khan resident of Chirala Sanar Thawa Thathri was apprehended at Bhalra Bhaderwah by a Police Party of Police Post Bhalra (Bhaderwah) during routine checking / frisking and during his personal search, narcotic substance was recovered from his possession.
In this connection, case FIR No. 26/2023 under relevant provisions of law has been registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation of the case has been started. Doda Police has continued its efforts under operation “SANJEEVANI” and warned the drug peddlers to desist from this practice, else stern action would be taken which includes detention under PSA, attachment of property of the smugglers/black traders.
