J&K/RAJOURI (The Stellar News), Report-Anil Bhardwaj: To empower local youth of border areas with vocational skills Indian Army conducted multiple courses over the last couple of months The training conducted under the Sadbhavana initiative included Welding Course Embroidery Course and Bakery Course The trainees comprised of men & women hailing from the border areas and belonging to economically weaker sections of the society
The courses will assist the youth in seeking employment in government and private sectors or setting up their own ventures. A combined felicitation ceremony organised on culmination of the courses saw a large gathering of trainees their instructors and prominent members from the society Speaking on the occasion local dignitaries hailed the efforts of the Indian Army towards empowerment of local youth and its positive impact on the development of the region
