Kargil (The Stellar News): Jamiat ul Ulama Asna Asharia Kargil (JUIAK) marked the Birth Anniversary of Imam Al Asr Hojjat Ibnal Hassan A.S with a splendid celebration in Kargil. The town glowed with the radiance of lights during the night of Shab-e-Barat, creating a mesmerizing spectacle across houses, roads, peaks, and the Houza e Elmiyah Asna Asharia Kargil.
The Decoration Wing of JUIAK Ladakh Ansar UL Mehdi adorned various locations, turning Kargil into a beacon of joy and spirituality. Residents actively participated by lighting candles and artificial lights, contributing to the festive atmosphere.
Numerous gatherings took place in villages across Kargil, where people congregated to listen to sermons by religious scholars and engaged in special prayers throughout the night. The pinnacle of the celebrations was a massive gathering organized by Jamiat ul Ulama Asna Asharia Kargil Ladakh at Isna Ashriya Campus. Thousands of individuals from different villages joined to commemorate this significant day.
The program commenced with a recitation of the Holy Quran by Akhone Muslim, followed by students of Maktabs, Auditioned Manqabat Khawains of Shoba e Adab, and a presentation of Qasida by a renowned qasida khwan of Kargil.
Various speakers enlightened the audience on the philosophy of Shab e Baraat and the Birth Anniversary of Imam e Zamana A.T.F.S and Mehdaviyat. The Vice President of JUIAK Ladakh, Sheikh Ghulam Ali Mufeed, served as the Chief Guest and delivered a profound speech, shedding light on the teachings, appearance, and the philosophy of the Occultation of Hazrat Imam Mehdi A.S. He urged people to follow the path of Islam, promoting peace and communal harmony in the country and the Islamic world. The proceedings were skillfully anchored by Hojjatul Islam Sheikh Mohsin Shakiri, a Member of the Ulama Council.
