Ammonia gas leaked at Food Processing Unit of Himalaya Fresh situated near Shambhu, Patiala. 3 people were killed and 10 injured in this gas leakage incident.

As per the reports, this incident took place around 1:30 am on Tuesday. Three people died on the spot and injured people were immediately taken to Government Rajendra Hospital, whom condition is said to be critical.
The cause of this leakage is not identified yet. A team of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) reached on the spot and they started rescue operation.
