J&K/BARAMULLA (The Stellar News): On 21st May, 2021 in evening hours one person namely Manzoor Ahmad Wani S/O Ali Mohd Wani R/O Trikolbal was stabbed by one namely Yaseen Hajam S/O Gh Mustafa Hajam R/O Trikolbal Pattan. The accused had fled from the spot after committing the crime. The injured was taken to hospital Pattan by locals for treatment, later he was referred to SMHS Srinagar.
In this regard case FIR no 135/2021 U/S 307, 341 IPC stands registered in P/S Pattan and investigation set into motion. Manhunt was launched to arrest the accused and several raids were made by the Special Investigation Team headed by Sh. Zaffar Mehdi-JKPS, SDPO Pattan along with SHO PS Pattan and DO Police Post Mirgund to nab the culprit during night hours at different suspected locations and finally today morning the accused was arrested.
