Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Jharkhand’s Additonal District Judge killed in apparent road accident when Judge Uttam Anand killed when he was going for a morning walk on 5:00 AM outside his Residence road. Uttam Anand was hearing some sensitive cases and dying in a road accident with a high speed auto rickshaw raised chances of murder.
On this bar council of Supreme Court, the HC and Dhanbad Court demanded CBI probe in the case. As in the CCTV footage came out clearly showed that the Judge Uttam as walking outside his residence and a High speed rickshaw hits him recklessly and intentionally. after that police actively enquired the case and arrested two persons, who while interrogation admitted their crime. in enquiry it was also found that the rickshaw used for murdering Judge was stolen from somewhere.
High Court also slammed State government over the delay in filing FIR in the case and called it “Attack on Judiciary”.
