Rishikesh (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Amid the heavy rain lashed Uttarakhand, the Rishikesh Dehradun bridge collapsed. In this a truck got turned and some other vehicles strained on the broken bridge as river was flowing continuously under the bridge.
