New Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: In a recent statement by Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal said that Delhi Government will now ask people do they want free electricity, and only those who say yes will be given free electricity. Delhi CM also issued a date for the completion of this public consent, from 1st October this order will be implemented in Delhi.

Before declaring the decision he referred that he got emails, letters and advice from many Delhi people that why are you giving them free electricity that they can pay for. So, he decided to ask people whether they want free electricity or not.
