Moga (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: After an 18 year old basketball player fell off a stadium roof while resisting rape in Moga district of Punjab. The father of victim filed an FIR against the Jatin Kanda and two unknown persons. In the complaint, the victim father stated that on August 12 his daughter had gone to stadium in Moga for practice but did not return home.
The father in the FIR said that he received a call from an unknown person who informed him that his daughter has met an accident and asked him to reach City’s Civil Hospital. In the FIR, father also revealed that the accused Jatin and his daughter were good friends.
As per sources, the statement of victim is not being recorded as her jaws were fractured. Victim is admitted in a private hospital and her condition is stable.
