Today, attached one double -storied, residential house valuing approximately Rs. 2097291/- belonging to a notorious drug peddler namely Fayaz Ahmad Rather S/o Gh Mohd Rather R/o Karimabad, Two Shops with 2nd floor as residential apartment valuing approximately Rs.2735186/- which belongs to Mohd Maqbool Bhat @Tola S/o Ali Mohd Bhat R/o Dalipora Pulwama under section 8/21- 29 NDPS Act 1985.
This action follows a thorough investigation, identifying these properties as illegally acquired during the course of illicit drug trafficking. Both individuals are currently under legal custody, reinforcing Pulwama Police’s commitment to combating activities detrimental to public safety and national security. The attachment was carried out in accordance with the due legal process outlined in FIR No. 301/2023 U/S 8/21-29 NDPS Act of PS Pulwama, underscoring the vigilant stance of Pulwama Police against those involved in the drug trade.
