Loud music is prohibited to play after 10 pm at public places. But there are some people who breaks this rule in many occasions. The same incident found in Krishangarh village, chandigarh.
As per report, police received a call at night, that music was being played after restricted time 10 pm. Sub-Inspector Sukhchain Singh, reached at the spot around 11:30 pm and found loud music was playing continuously in Jagran (religious)function organized by Krishangarh residents by contributing money. He directed them to stop the music, but offender Vinod Kumar denied to stop the music. Police immediately arrested him and seized the speaker, Amplifier and sound mixer.
The case has been registered against the offender Vinod Kumar under Section 61 of Punjab Police Act 2007. He was later released on Bail.
