On Friday, Ministry of External affairs suspended the passports of Nirav Modi, his uncle and his business partner Mehul Choksi for four weeks, as Nirav Modi is accused of PNB fraud case i.e. Rs. 11,300 Crore PNB banking scam. Nirav Modi is surfaced in luxury hotel at New York. His flights and funds have been blocked.

Government ordered to Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi to respond within 7 days regarding suspended passports, otherwise the passports will be officially canceled. After this suspension of passports, Nirav Modi and his associates cannot move to different locations.
