A very shocking incident found in Dundigal, Telangana, where a 23-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted by her husband after she turned off the wifi router at home on Thursday.
The accused is identified as Umar P, a driver. As per the information, when woman turned off the wifi router at midnight, his husband, Umar started abusing her. He thrashed her badly, she got injuries on her neck, chest and head. Then he dropped her wife to her grandmother’s home.
Police filed a complaint against accused under Sections 324 (Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means), 341 (Wrongful restraint), and 498 A (husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty), of the IPC.
No arrest has been made so far. The investigation is on.
