J&K/Rajouri, Anil Bharadwaj: Islamic Welfare Organisation launched in Rajouri with an aim to serve humanity. During launching ceremony people from all walks of life including Ulemas,Prominent Citizens,Youth representatives, Elected Representatives of DDC’s, Muncipal committees and Panchayats participated in the meet and extended their full support and faith in the formation of Islamic Welfare organisation.
While addresing media persons at Press Club Rajouri paticipants unanimously and in one voice elected Prominent leader of Rajouri Shafqat Mir as its founding President.President Ulema Ahlae Sunnat Molana Farooq Naeemi Presided the meet.
Members of the Islamic Welfare organisation assuared the people of Rajouri District that they will come upto their expections with an aim of serving humanity irrespective of color caste creed,religion.
Newly elected President Shafqat Mir thanked all participants and society at large on behalf of founding members of the Islamic Welfare organisation for their love and affection.He also appealed society for their guidance and help to make meaningful contribution for public at large.
Mir also said that in near future organisation will be framed at grass root level.Prominent among those present include Naseem Liaqat Chairman DDC Rajouri, President Muncipal Council.Rajouri Arif Jat,DDC Members Abdul Qayoom Mir and Sain Abdul Rashid, Ex MLA Chowdhary Qammar Hussain,BDC Chairman Darbar Ch,Ex Administrator Abdul Qayoom Dar,Former Judge Muzaffar Khan,Mohd Maqbool Dar Shafi Dar,Iqbal Bhat,Yousaf Dar,Majeed Qureshi,Manzoor Shah,Aslam Ganai, Muncipal Councillors Iftkhar Ali Dar,Mushtaq Manhas,Molana Shamsi,Molana Hanief Raza,Molana Ilyaas,Molana Manzoor,Molana Khaliq and many other prominent personalities participated.
