Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: A Person who was seen as an inspiration for the young wrestlers of India and they want to become like he is. But now he was alleged to involve in a murder case. This is something that was un- expectable for the people of India. Sushil Kumar, the only sportsperson of India who had won two Olympics medals in individual category of wrestling was accused in a murder case.
In a shocking news when Sushil Kumar was accused to involve in a murder case of 23-yrs old young wrestler named Sagar, everyone became shocked. But this is for them who had never seen the other side personality of Sushil. Sushil Kumar was previously involved in various controversies where he always took the advantage of his strong personality as national pride for wrestling.
But this time when the Delhi police announced 1lakh reward for the information related to the Sushil Kumar hiding from police, this became a nationwide discussion issue. Sushil Kumar was hiding from Delhi and Haryana Police from many days and got arrested on 23rd may from the Outer side of Delhi.
In the bail hearing of Sushil Kumar in Delhi high court, Public prosecutor disclosed a video evidence against the Sushil Kumar holding stick in hand. After that court refused to accept the bail plea. There was the time when in 2008 and 2012, Sushil Kumar won two Olympic silver and bronze medals and now this is the time when crime branch is investigating the case against Sushil Kumar.
As during the top of his career Sushil was offered with various gifts, rewards and money. All this resulted in the distraction from his work and made him to indulge in other works like businesses and coaching. He also got offer by Haryana police for a post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) as he definitely suited for that post at that time but he declined to accept that offer.
This is because he know that he been always covered in controversies. And after 2012, Sushil came in the decline of his career and was not able to get anymore achievements in wrestling.
This time incident cleared that it doesn’t matter what kind of thinking you have, what matter is your actions. As the words that were spoken by Sushil Kumar after the winning Olympic Medal portrays the Indian Sanskars and Sanskriti but the actions he made at this time are of monster Mentality. This shows the monster attitude of a sportsperson, who always used his personality for getting out of all his irresponsible actions.
