Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa resigned from his post of CM after the prolonged speculations from raised by the cell of BJP leaders over the section of BJP in state. Now with his resignation the speculations and guessings are started over the next Karnataka CM. The reason behind the resignation is the state rule of BJP over the 75 yrs age limit of CM in state.
“I thank PM (Narendra) Modi, Amit Shah and JP Nadda. They gave me the chance to rule as Chief Minister despite being over 75. I had decided to resign some time back. I thought it best to resign today as we mark completion of two years in this term,” he told reporters.
BS Yediurappa tweeted that, “Our tallest leaders, starting from Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyayaji, Syama Prasad Mookerjee, Atalji, Advaniji, Murali Manohar Joshiji have inspired me to dedicate myself to serve the nation. I have also received immense love and support of Modiji, Amit Shahji and Naddaji.”
As per the sources Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Karnataka BJP- in-charge Arun Singh are most expected to take oath as next CM.
