Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: As per reports, the Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu and others has been detained while they were going to Lakhimpur Kheri. The congress leadership of Punjab under the umbrella of Navjot Singh Sidhu, started a march towards Lakhimpur to show their support to farmers who died in the brutal incident happened in Lakhimpur.
In the incident, total eight people lost their lives, from which four farmers dies amid the car rides over them and four others were lynched by the protesters assembled in Lakhimpur. Sidhu gave ultimatum to UP govt to free the detained congress leader Priyanka Vadra and sought FIR against the Union Cabinet minister Ajay Mishra’s son.
Sidhu was seen saying in the clip, “I won’t do anything against union minister and his son but stop us from sharing grief.”
