New Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday spoke to Russian president Vladimir Putin over the phone on the Ukraine conflict. The conversation was on the ongoing war of Russia with Ukraine and evacuation of Indians from Ukraine.

As per reports, Russia has assured Indian prime minister for the safe evacuation of Indians and also said will also help India to evacuate their citizens by Russian planes or India’s C-17 planes.
It is the second telephonic conversation between Modi and Putin since the Russian forces invaded Ukraine. PM Modi last spoke to the Russian president on February 25, the day after invasion, wherein he had called for ‘immediate cessation of violence’.
