Hoshiarpur (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: On Hoshiarpur saw a big shuffle in leadership as one sitting MLA Sunder Sham Arora and Former MLA Tikshan Sood faced defeat from AAP candidate Bhram Shankar Jimpa who was sitting MC from Hoshiarpur’s Ward no.6. From last many months while campaigning for his party and for himself he showed his self instinct and believe that he can win against two big leaders.
Hoshiarpur people have voted for a change in Hoshiarpur leadership and on the face of Bhram Shankar Jimpa’s believe that he can change the system of Hoshiarpur. While talking with media, Bhram Shankar Jimpa said, “He will take strict actions against the Co-operation for their careless work”. He also gave credit of his win to people of Punjab and his parents.
Jimpa on result day morning was trailing with 2000 votes from Sitting MLA Sunder Sham Arora but then took lead and no other leader was able to break that lead. Jimpa won Hoshiarpur seat with 51112 votes and lodged the margin of 13859 votes.
