The Stellar News: A 14-year-old girl commit suicide at her home, as she was unable to pay her school fee and school Principle prevents her to sitting in exams. The girl is identified as Sai Deepthi, 9th class student of a private school, Hyderabad.
According to police, Deepthi was a resident of J.L.N.S Nagar in Malkajgiri. Her parents were unable to pay the school fee i.e Rs. 2,000. Deepthi’s father is auto driver and her family facing some financial issue from some time. she was detained from the exams by her school Principle, as she was unable to deposit the school fee. She didn’t tolerate this insult and allegedly hang herself by the ceiling of fan in her house.
A case has been registered against the school management on the complaint of her father K.S Balakrishna. Child rights commission also asked to police to start the investigation against the school.
