New Delhi (The Stellar News), Saksham kalia: In Lok Sabha Central government of india introduced reorganistion bill 2021 which will merge cadre of jammu and kashmir into Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram union territory. Minister of state for home affairs G Kishan Reddy introduced this bill in Lok Sabha and said about 170 laws were implemented by central government after removing article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir which give special status to erstwhile state. Govt is working very enthusiastically for the development of J&K.
Many schemes and projects were launched in jammu and Kashmir in last few months, he said. He also requested every parliament member to pass the bill. Opposing the reorganization bill 2021 congress senior leader Adhir Ranjan Chawdhury said that, “what was the need to bring an ordinance for this?”. Ordinances are preceded for urgency or emergency situations but regular preceeding of ordinances in parliament will weaken the democratic power of both houses, he said.
Government promised everyone that after abolishing article370 from J&K they will make Jammu and Kashmir a heaven but Govt is trying to make Jammu & Kashmir a prison by closing telecommunication facilities, chawdhury said. He said, govt should appoint cadre who knows ground realities of Jammu and Kashmir but there is still a militancy deployment. Because of this people are living in an atmosphere of fear.
He suggests that govt should think new ideas for the betterment of J&K instead of taking adhoc measures. He also said that, this kind of laws shows that govt had not done any kind of preparations before abolishing article 370 from J&K.
