As per reports, Taliban forces killed them in Kahor village of Khidir district on 30th August. From these 13 died, 11 were former security personnel of Afgan national Defense security forces (ANDSF), and two were civilians. As per witnesses, the nine members of ANDSF were killed just after they surrendered while two civilians were killed when they were trying to flee.

The Taliban settled in the Afganistan and pretended as the new Taliban who respects the human rights and also believe in freedom of every individual but the incidents that emerge every day in Afganistan these days are contradicting the claims.
