Abohar ( The stellar news): On 11th Sept’ 2022 during evening hours, while Border Security Force troops were carrying – out special ops on specific input, a tractor’s drawbar and an iron trolley hook were recovered from a Paddy fields adjacent to a handpump ahead of Border Fence in AOR of Abohar Sector.

- During search of both accessories (drawbar & Iron trolley hook), it was found that both are hollow from inside and light in weight as compared to the original drawbar. Further, on hammering the lids opened up and suspected powder seems to be Heroin (Gross wt – 395 gms) recovered from both accessories (appx – 90 gms from trolley hook & appx – 305 gms from drawbar).
- Vigilant BSF troops, once again foiled the nefarious attempt of anti national elements to smuggle contrabands.
