Social worker Anna Hazare is going to start an indefinite hunger strike against the Center in Delhi’s historic Ramlila Maidan from Today. His fast is about the demands of the Lokpal and the farmers.
In the year 2011, he had undertaken a historic hunger strike in the Ramlila Maidan demanding the formation of a Lokpal for the investigation of corruption. This time, potentially they will target BJP government headed by Narendera Modi .
Farmers are coming from all over the country to participate in their fast. The Indian Farmer Union and several other farmer labour organizations in the country have cooperate Anna Hazare’s fast. Anna Hazare alleged that the central government cancelled the train which was coming with protesters. He said that “I wrote many letters to inform that I do not want any police protection. Your safety can not protect me”.
